Chakras is Sanskrit for Wheels, and ancient practices from the East are now confirmed by modern science to be the invisible energy flow in the body. Drumming has been proven to allow the mind to enter a relaxed Alpha brainwave state. 30 min of drumming can even settle addiction cravings or reset the nervous system from an anxiety attack! Through the drumming experience, I will help you visualize negative energies to be released from the aura (life force energy) and accept positive energies that allow the Chakras flow. You will even be able to SEE the difference as we measure your Chakras before and after the session using a pendulum. It is an amazing experience and a quick boost of energy. Added Bonus: all Chakra Drumming sessions are Reiki infused too!
