A Little More About Us

As all things are energy, I work in many healing modalities to guide clients with sound, light, color, energy, and emotions. An educator at heart, it is my passion to heal the world by guiding people on the journey to know and heal themselves. Through Reiki energy, I introduce pure love and light healing. In the Integrative Processing Technique, I facilitate clients to dive into their past and release trapped negative energy and beliefs through shapes and colors.

During group sessions, I allow intuitive movement, guided meditation, and intentional visualization to help clients accept new patterns. During intuitive card readings, I invite clients to know themselves.

In all modalities, my clients have an opportunity to optimize their health and wellness through emotional and spiritual growth.
