About the event
A relaxing deep dive into your past heavy emotions and negative beliefs to shift. Courtney will guide you through the experience starting with a meditation and ending with alignment toward the future Self you desire to be.Â
There are 20 spots available for this class. Your ticket price includes the materials you'll need to paint and the masterpiece painting you'll create during your healing session. Courtney will walk you through each step, starting with a guided meditation and showing you how to move heavy energy with shapes and colors on the canvas. No art experience necessary to have a truly life changing experience!
If you arrive early, you can order delicious food and drinks from the café. Kitchen closes at 5:30.
