Kids have BIG feelings. They need help understanding themselves, and parents need help understanding them too! This Art and Storytime workshop is designed to raise emotional intelligence and give families new skills for mindfulness with the help of inspirational stories and artistic creativity.

About the event
Children and families learn to raise emotional intelligence with the help of an inspirational story, activity, and art experience!Â
Parents will love bringing their kids to enjoy time at the café, socialize with other local families, bond with their kids through a fun creative experience, and walk away with new skills to help our children with emotional health.Â
Children will love the storytime, learning about their emotions with a playful activity, and expressing their emotions through creative art. This month's theme is a focus on ANGER.Â
